Charges

  1. Individual Application
    • HK$170 per candidate (including certificate & equipment maintenance fee)
  2. Group Application
    • HK$ 2,040 per class (including certificate & equipment maintenance fee) with class size from 8 to 12
  3. Face Shield (The use of a face shield is mandatory during CPR training)
    • HK$10/2 pieces
  4. Re-issuance of certificate (if required)
    • HK$50/copy

Examination

  1. Child CPR assessment
  2. Candidates must arrive at the classroom 15 minutes before the course starts. They will NOT be allowed to attend for the examination if they arrive 30 minutes after the start of the course.




Certificate

  1. A Child CPR Certificate will be awarded to those who passed the Child CPR assessment. The certificate is valid for three years. Students are recommended to re-take this course every year.
  2. Certificates for students who have passed the examination will be distributed by the Instructor at the end of the course.
  3. For applications submitted under the name of a group or organization, certificates for students who have passed the examination will be distributed by the Instructor at the end of the course. Result notices will be mailed to the group/organization approximately two weeks after the announcement of results.
    Notes: Once course registration has been completed, any certificate amendment requires reprinting, with a fee of HK$50 per certificate. Groups/organizations must collect certificates in person at St John Tower during office hours, starting three weeks after course completion. Alternatively, certificates may be mailed at a fee of HK$60 per class.

Child Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Course has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate by BSI (Certificate No.: FS 708014).




Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Course

Nursing and healthcare related staff who completed Child CPR Course can be awarded with 1 CNE point.

  5. Class will be cancelled if the Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signed No.8 or above is hoisted, and class will be resumed when the signal is lowered 2 hours before class commencement
